Terms and Use of Online Booking Service
The Terms and Use of Online Booking Service regulates your use of the booking service of SIXPAD STATION (“Facility”) operated by Shun Hing Life and Beauty Company Limited (“Service”)
You agree to the Terms and Use of Online Booking Service before using the Service. You may use the Service after our confirmation of your intention to agree to the Terms and Use of Online Booking Service.
Article 1 (User Registration to the Service)
1. The Service can be used by users who have completed user registration with the prescribed procedures online. As a user, you can check your usage status at your user page by registering your email address to create an account.
2. We will inform you by email after completion of the registration. This email will contain your User ID and Password and you are responsible for ensuring the information will not be disclosed to third parties.
3. User is not allowed to transfer or lend his/her user ID and password to third parties in any circumstances. Only the registered user can log in and use his/her corresponding user interface.
4. Shun Hing Life and Beauty Company Limited (“Company”) records and possesses user's information provided by the user at the time of registration through user's use of the Service.
5. The Company intends to use the information of the user for SIXPAD STATION membership solicitation.
6. There may be occasions where the Company does not approve an application for registration to use the Service when the Company determines that an applicant falls under any of the items below, and the Company will not be obligated to disclose the reason.
・Providing false information when applying for registration to use the Service;
・If a person breaches the “Terms and Use of Online Booking Service”; or
・The Company determines that they should not approve such application for registration.
Article 2 (Details of the Service)
1. The Service can be used with PCs, smartphones and feature phones. Users can perform services below:
・User Registration
・Booking Sessions
・Checking booking status
・Cancellation of bookings
・Changing your registered email address and password
2. The Company can stop, cancel, or change providing any or all of the services stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
The Company will not guarantee to provide services stipulated in this Article. The Company will not be liable for any damages to a user for the Service caused by such stop, cancellation, or change of services whatsoever.
Article 3 (Fee for the Service)
1. The Service provided by the Company is free.
Article 4 (Booking Notification)
1. The Company will notify users by email for confirmation of booking, change of booking, and change of registered email address and password.
Article 5 (Confirmation of Booking and Booking Changes)
1. At the time that the email specified in Article 4 is sent to you by the Company, your booking, change of your booking and change of your registered email address and password will be deemed to be confirmed.
Article 6 (Refuse to provide the Service and Cancellation of Registration)
1. The Company will refuse to provide any or all of the Service to users or cancel their registration, if they fall under any of the items below:
・Violating laws and regulations or performing any action against public morality;
・Any action related to a criminal act;
・Destroying or interfering with the function of the Company's servers or network;
・Any action that is likely to interfere with the service operation of the Company;
・Collecting or storing personal information of other user for the Service;
・Impersonating any other user for the Service;
・Any action that the Company determines that is not appropriate.
・Breaching the “Terms and Use of Online Booking Service” ;
・It has been identified that registered details are not true, complete, or accurate; or
・The Company determines that user is not appropriate to use the Service.
2. The Company has the right to stop providing the Service to users or cancel the registration without any reason, and the users cannot raise any objection.
3. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss to users for the Service caused by the Company's actions based on this Article.
Article 7 (Disclaimers)
1. While the Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the contents of the Service and the proper operation of the Service, the Company shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages, losses or expenses arising from or in relation to the Service, including but not limited to computer virus, line failure, system failure, delay in operation or interruption.
2. Users agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, claims, liabilities, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including all legal fees), incurred or suffered by the Company in connection with or arising from their breach of this Terms and Use of Online Booking Service and/ or their use of our websites.
Article 8 (Personal Information)
1. The Company will use your personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" stipulated separately and users agree to the use of information.
Article 9 (Modification of Terms and Use of Online Booking Service)
1. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms and Use of Online Booking Service at any time. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
2. Modification of Terms and Use of Online Booking Service will be effective at the time that it is uploaded on the Company's website, and it will apply to all users of the Service.
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of this Terms and Use of Online Booking Service, the English version shall prevail.
