Ｗhat is EMS?

Normally, your muscles are made to move by signals transmitted by your brain. However, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) uses electrical stimulation to create an involuntary muscle contraction. EMS, the technology electrically stimulated muscle workouts.

How to book a trial?

You are welcomed to book a trial through our online system (https://www.sixpad-station.hk/experience/) or visit our training centre.

What should I bring for training?

We will provide specific training suits and towels. You don’t have to wear your own sportswear or sports shoes during training. Please be reminded to bring along your identity proof and personal credit card.

How early should I arrive at the training centre on the day of trial?

There are some procedures and preparations before training. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

How long does the trial last for?

The training lasts for 15 minutes. However, including the time of medical health check and procedures before training, please reserve around 1 hour for the whole visit to our training centre.

Is it possible for my family and friends come and do the trial?

We welcome your family and friends to join our training and enjoy the pleasant brought by sports. However, participants must be 18 or above. Please reserve through our online system (https://www.sixpad-station.hk/experience/) or visit our training centre. Please be aware that you and your friends may not be able to train together at the same time slot due to the reservation availability.

How many times can I join trial?

We only provide One trial for each customer.

Can I come and look around the training centre?

Training centre is only available for training. Advance booking is required for site visit, please contact us for further arrangement.

I do not have any identity proof. Can I use the facilities?

We are sorry that identity proof is needed to verify your identity as well as document processing.

I am not able to access the internet.

We are sorry that you cannot register or make a reservation online if you are not able to access the internet. Please feel free to make a reservation by calling or visiting our training centre.

How can I pay if I do not have a credit card?

We accept cash, personal credit cards (VISA/ MasterCard/ CUP), Alipay and WeChat Pay for transaction payment. However, only credit card autopay is accepted (VISA/ MasterCard) for recurring payment.

Is it necessary to make a reservation first?

Our services operate under a reservation system. If you visit our training centre without any reservation, we may not be able to provide training to you immediately.

I seldom do exercise. Will the training be hard to me?

Our trainers will provide training at adequate intensity according to your ability and needs. You will enjoy the training and benefits it brings.

Will I feel pain during training process?

You can feel muscle contraction during training process. Trainers will adjust the intensity of training according to customers’ ability to avoid causing excessive pain.

Is EMS harmful to our body?

To ensure the safety, the training equipment and its technology have been checked and verified by Japan developer. Besides, customer will be provided a specific training suit which can avoid the EMS electrodes to have direct contact to the skin.

Should I eat before training?

Ideally you should finish your meal 2 hours before training. However, please do not train with an empty stomach.

Can I participate in training if I am now in menstrual period?

Having training during menstrual period may cause anemia and menstrual cramps. If you still want to train during menstrual period, please inform your trainer for evaluation and adjustment on level of training.

Can I participate in training if I am now sick or suffering?

If you are not sure with your health condition, please consult with doctors or professionals. Besides, the following people cannot be trained.

  • Using implantable medical devices such as pacemaker
  • Using medical equipment such as cardiopulmonary bypass for sustaining life
  • Using wearable medical electrical equipment such as Electrocardiograph
  • Prohibited to do strenuous exercises (e.g. Chronic disease such as Heart Disease or Acute Disease)
Can I train if I am pregnant?

Those who are pregnant are not allowed to train. Besides, if you suspect that you are pregnant, or if you have any illness, please consult with doctors or professionals.

Is it able to freeze my training plan?

Yes. If you would like to freeze your training plan, please come to our training centre to proceed. Your training plan will be freeze One month after your application. The minimum and maximum time period for freezing the training plan are One month and One year respectively.

Can I get refund if I do not meet my expected training result?

We are sorry that we do not have this kind of refund policy. Please note that training results may vary among individuals.

If I would like to make a reservation or cancellation, when should I contact the training centre?

Please make a reservation or cancellation by visiting our website or calling our training centre at least 1 day earlier than your scheduled appointment time. If you are not able to cancel the scheduled appointment within this time period, your session will still be consumed.

Can the quota for lessons be accumulated and transferred to the following month?

We are sorry that the remaining training session in a month cannot be accumulated and transferred to the following month.

I did not train any in this month. Can the paid fee transfer to be next month?

We are sorry that paid fee and remaining sessions of the current month cannot be accumulated and transferred to the following month.

What can I do if I cannot register an account online?

Please call or come to our counter for inquiry.

I registered from the homepage but I did not receive any registration e-mail.

How early should I arrive at training centre on the training day?

There are some procedures and preparations before training, please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time. If it is your first time of training, please come at least 30 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

How long does the training last for?

Training lasts for 15 minutes. Please be prepared, it may cost you 30-40 minutes in total for all the procedure and preparations.

Is there any limitation on training frequency?

We do not recommend training on two or more consecutive days.

Are there any lockers for storage inside the training centre?

We provide lockers for members, only during training.

Can I bring food and drinks along to training centre?

We are sorry that eating or drinking is not allowed in the training centre in order to keep clean. If you have any special request, please contact our staff.

Any facilities for shower?

We have showers in both male and female changing rooms.

Any places for doing make-up?

We have vanities and sinks in female changing room.

What will be provided inside the shower room?

We have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel inside the shower room.

Can I get trained if I have tattoo or piercing?

Please note that you may not be allowed to do EMS training if you have tattoo or piercing. Please contact our staff for further inquiry.

Are there any places for smoking?

We are sorry that smoking is prohibited inside the training centre.

Are there any places for parking?

There are paid parking area in the shopping mall.

Can I bring my kids to train?

We are sorry that those under 18 are not allowed to train.

Are there any nursery services provided?

We are sorry that we do not provide any nursery services.

Can I bring my pet to the training?

We are sorry that pets are not allowed inside the training centre.

Is Wi-Fi provided inside the training centre?

Wi-Fi service is provided by the shopping mall. Please contact our staff for assistance.

Is it possible to post URL and photos of SIXPAD STATION on my Facebook and Instagram?

We welcome our customers to share information about our training centre with their friends. However, in order to protect customers’ privacy, prior consent from the centre is needed for taking photos or videos inside the training centre. Please contact our staff for confirmation before taking any photo or video inside the training centre.

Can I buy SIXPAD products?

You are welcome to visit our retail corner to purchase SIXPAD. We accept cash, personal credit cards (VISA/ MasterCard/ CUP), Alipay and WeChat Pay.

I have many luggage. Is it possible to keep them for me during training?

Luggage that cannot fit into the locker can be stored in the counter. However, it is suggested that customers should keep their own valuable objects themselves.
